Terms and Conditions: Win A-Spa-Like Shower Head! (“Contest”)

Contest Period: 
Commences on 24 June 2024 and ends on 8 July 2024 at 23:59 GMT+8. 

Eligibility: 
· Open to citizens and/or permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 and above, excluding employees and immediate family members of SK Magic Retails Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SK magic”) and its affiliates.
· Eligible participants must follow both SK magic’s official Facebook page and Instagram page.
. Eligible participants must change their profile setting to ‘public’ if the participant’s profile is ‘private’.

How to Participate: 
Step 1: Follow SK magic on both:
o    Instagram: @myskmagic_ 
o    Facebook:  SK magic Malaysia
Step 2: Like the giveaway post titled ‘Win A-Spa-Like Shower Head!’ on SK magic’s official Facebook page or Instagram page .
Step 3: Comment  on this giveaway post and tag three (3) friends in your comment.


Prizes: 
· Grand Prize (2 Winners): SK magic’s Magic Plus Shower Head (inclusive of the full set – shower head and 4 care filters) valued at RM 305 each. 
· Consolation Prize (15 Winners): Touch 'n Go eWallet Reload PINs worth RM 20 each. 

· By participating in this Contest, the participants fully agree to be bound by and accept all the terms and conditions set forth by SK magic or TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (whichever is applicable) in connection to the redemption of the Prizes stated above. 
· The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt or use of the Prize.
· The Prizes are non- transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits, and cannot be split or modified in any manner.
· SK magic reserves the right to substitute or replace the prizes with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
· Any visual(s) or graphic presentation of the Prizes shown in any form of advertisement, promotion, publicity, and other materials in relation to this Contest are solely for illustration purposes only.
· To the fullest extent permitted by law, SK magic and their agents exclude their responsibilities and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Contest and/or Prizes or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.


Winner Selection and Verification:  
· The winners of the Contest shall be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period. 
· The winners shall be announced on 15 July 2024 on SK magic’s official Facebook page and official Instagram page.
· The selected winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform they used to enter the Contest, or by a comment on that platform.
· The winner may be required to present proof of ownership to the original account used for the winning entry for verification purposes prior to the prize collection.
· If the first attempt to contact the selected winner is unsuccessful, or if the selected winner fails to respond, SK magic will make subsequent contact attempts within the next three (3) working days from the first attempt. If the subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, SK magic reserves the right to disqualify the initially selected winner and proceed with the selection of another qualified participant as a replacement. SK magic shall not be held liable in the event that it is unable to reach the selected winners or if they fail to respond for any reason whatsoever. 
· In the event that the selected winner does not meet the requirements of the Contest or cannot be verified, SK magic reserves the right to disqualify the winner and proceed with the selection of another qualified participant as a replacement.
· Incomplete entries shall be automatically disqualified.
· SK magic reserves the right to select an alternate winner at its absolute discretion.
· All decisions made by SK magic in connection with this Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and the participants agree to abide by SK magic’s decision in connection with this Contest.


Miscellaneous
· SK magic may require (for its own use or its affiliates’ use) the winners to be identified, photographed and their name, image, voice, personal data and/or likeness in any other form to be published in printed media, social media, or other media, or to appear on any media platform decided by SK magic when the winners are accepting their prize or after having received their prize. The winners shall agree to the publication of their images and personal information and to participate in SK magic’s marketing material in so far as it relates to the Contest. By posting any content, experiences, images on any social media platform or any other media, in relation to this Contest and its associated promotional activities, participants agree and consent to give SK magic a non-exclusive license, to collect, reproduce, modify, adapt and publish any Content posted and/or submitted by a participant on a social media platform or any other media, for the purposes of promoting the products and/or services of SK magic for a period of three (3) years from end of the Contest Period. SK magic may contact the winners or participants and collect their personal data subject to the provisions of Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Organizer's privacy policy.
· SK magic reserves the right to cancel, modify, postpone, or suspend the Contest without any prior notice. SK magic at its sole discretion may disqualify anyone/winners who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this Contest, violated its rules, or engaged in fraudulent activities.
·  Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the contest, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold SK magic harmless from and against any and all claims or causes of action of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in the contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the contest or the processing of registrations and entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) failure to award any component of a prize due to Covid-19 restrictions or the occurrence of any similar public health emergency or any other cause beyond the control of SK magic. SK magic shall not be liable for any punitive, consequential, loss of profit, or indirect damages. Ownership of and risk in, and benefit attaching to a prize awarded under this contest will pass to the winner immediately upon delivery of the prize.  If the contest has been discontinued for any reason, SK magic, in their sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
· These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
